What can I expect from a session?

You should expect to feel a lot like you’re talking to your best friend.  It is my goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible, even while we do some deep shadow work, and talk about traumas and dramas and frustrations. Often, we laugh through tears, and you should expect to feel lighter when we’re through. Know, though, that sometimes one session is not enough, depending on your circumstances. I have seen a lot of miracles, but sometimes they take a little time.  Sometimes people are a little nervous at first, because this is something different, and it’s hard to know what to expect. Rest assured that we’ll go slowly and I’ll explain my process as we go. We will talk a little, and clear a little, and talk a little more, and see where we go from there. The process is very organic, and our divine guidance will see us through. To learn a little more about my approach, please click here.

How do I know when I should call you?

Usually I tell people that if they think maybe they should call me about something, they should call me! If your subconscious is trying to tell you that I might be able to help, you should go with your gut. Common indicators of emotional imbalance are anxiety, illness (sore throats, sniffles, nausea, etc.), moodiness or grumpiness, depression. Other good times to call me are when you’re encountering relationship issues. I don’t just mean that your boss is driving you crazy, or you keep fighting with your significant other (though those are excellent times to call!), but also just when someone makes you feel uncomfortable or awkward, or says something that seems inconsequential, but sticks with you.  Those types of things could be indicative of something energetic going on, and I may be able to help.

Are you a psychic?

Generally, when people ask this question, they are asking if I can read minds, or tell the future.  I can read emotions, and the thoughts associated with them, which is definitely similar to reading minds.  But, if you want me identify which number, color, or shape you’re thinking of, that’s not really my thing. As to telling the future, I definitely don’t do that. Everything I do is in an effort to change the future and help you create the life you want.  I work with the past and the present to open up new avenues and experiences, which means that I don’t believe that anything in the future is set. We will talk about the future in the context of what you want out of it, but not in a fortune-telling kind of way.

Where do all these emotions come from?

Emotions come from several different places, especially if you’re an empath, or otherwise energetically sensitive. Most often, we will find emotions that are current, or from an experience in your past.  We may also find emotions or belief systems that have been inherited from your parents, their parents, or other ancestors. Sometimes we find emotions, particularly if we can’t find the root of them in this current lifetime, that indicate past-life patterns. And if that wasn’t enough, our emotions can also come from the collective consciousness, where we can be hooked into universal belief systems that we need to be detached from.  It can all work together to create a pretty tangled web of emotional confusion. It’s no wonder we often feel anxious and can’t really identify why!

Do you work with children?

The short answer is, Absolutely! I am passionate about helping our children navigate what is an energetically complicated world, full of collective emotions, outside influences, and overwhelming stimulation. The longer answer is that I don’t really work directly with kids, but I do work with their parents. If your children are struggling, we can work together to support their needs. I have worked directly with young people who are still in high school, though, and we would just have to determine what’s best for you and your family.
